Collection of Additional Royalties
While performance royalties are paid through Performance Rights Societies (PROs), there are also additional royalties for rights on the interpretation of music, voice or acting, which often are not paid automatically if they are not specifically claimed.
Since the copyright laws for these rights are historically relatively young, the rules of what, how and where additional royalties are paid (and how they need to be claimed) vary widely from territory to territory. Besides, these regulations tend to be rather complicated.
That's where our service comes in: Being specialized in this part of royalty collection, we know where, what and how uses can be claimed, and we make sure every use of our clients interpretations gets claimed and paid, on an international basis.
We work on a commission-base only – we only get paid if you get paid.
We never touch any of our client’s Performance Rights Royalties received through his/her PRO, Sync/Mech Rights, or any other income our client may already have, nor do we touch any of the rights of the publishers to whom our client’s music may be assigned.
In short: As our client, our service doesn’t cost you anything, but you’ll receive additional income you may miss otherwise.
